专家简介：Prof. Francesco Loreto is an internationally renowned plant physiological ecologist. He previously served as Research Director at the National Research Council of Italy and is currently a Full Professor at the University of Naples Federico II. His research focuses on the sources, functions, and mechanistic responses of plant volatile emissions to environmental changes, and he has made several pioneering contributions to this field. To date, Prof. Loreto has published over 250 papers in international journals, including 1 in Nature Chemical Biology, 7 in Trends in Plant Science, 1 in PNAS, 2 in Global Change Biology, 3 in Environmental Science & Technology, 12 in New Phytologist, 29 in Plant, Cell & Environment, 19 in Plant Physiology, and 10 in Tree Physiology. According to Google Scholar, he has an H-index of 94 with 33, 321 citations.
